The staff were friendly and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our stay.
The bathroom door wouldn't fully close, indicating a need for maintenance and repairs.

We liked being there. Nice staff and excellent location near to nearby metro, everything was great. Location: the hotel was near to a large supermarket, the main areas of Milan, and loreto on M3 red line. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Misaki that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

The room was spacious, but noise from the street was pretty annoying at night.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room which contributed to a comfortable experience. The nearby metro station made it easy to explore the area. The noise from the street was disruptive at times, and I found the bathroom amenities could use an update.

Noise is a serious issue, with sounds from the street creeping into the rooms as if it's right next door. The breakfast options are limited and didn't meet expectations, we found moldy apples and inadequate restocking well before the end of service. You have to navigate stairs to reach the actual rooms, not ideal after a long day.

Couple seeking a romantic getaway
The bathroom was amazing,, the best we've seen in a while, and the staff treated us like royalty. We really liked that it was close to both metro stations, easy to hop on and off for dining out,
it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still quite acceptable for what you get.

The location was quite convenient, just a short walk from the metro. The staff were friendly and helped us navigate the city. The bathroom was impressive, and there was always hot water available. The air conditioning relies on the room key, making it uncomfortably warm when returning from a day out.

Comfy vibes in a great spot
We spent 3 nights in a cozy beautiful double room. The staff were super nice and helped us with directions. The bathroom was great! The only bummer was how hot it got when the air con turned off when we went out. The bar/lounge area was cool.

A good pick for a short day tour in Milan with decent value for the cost. Surprisingly, the breakfast had a variety of sweet options, nice.

The people were helpful and attentive, will exceed the expectations. the position of the hotel was convenient and magnificent, to the metro connecting you to the main areas of Milan. Plus, it was just next door to the Central Train station, shops, and the subway and bus station.
